Basic Lease Provisions and Identification of Exhibit. <br />1.1 Basic Lease Provisions. <br />Leased Premises: Approximately 3933 square feet of rentable floor area <br />located at 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon. <br />Lease Term: October 1, 1994 through June 30, 2001 <br />Commencement Date: October 1, 1994 <br />Monthly Rent: For the period from October 1, 1994, through June 30, <br />1995, Tenant shall pay rent of $31,857. For the period <br />from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1996, Tenant shall <br />pay annuaV rent of $44,364. For the period from July 1, <br />1996, through June 30, 1997, Tenant shall pay rent of <br />$45,780. For the period from July 1, 1997, through <br />June 30, 1998, Tenant shall pay annual rent of $47,196. <br />For the period from July 1, 1998, through June 30, <br />1999, Tenant shall pay rent of $49,084. For the period <br />from July 1, 1999, through June 30, 2000, Tenant shall <br />pay annual rent of $50,972.
