Eugene Area Radio Stations (EARS) <br />Statement of Work - Exhibit B <br />Services to be Provided. Contractor agrees to provide this exclusive service to the <br />City for the following services: <br />1. Contractor will develop, design, produce, and distribute a radio promotion <br />campaign based on quarterly topics/goals provided by the City to enhance <br />stormwater quality over the life of the contract. <br />2. Contractor agrees to regular review meetings with City staff to refine and <br />rewrite copy as needed to the City's satisfaction. <br />3. Contractor agrees to provide afl resources both in terms of talent and <br />mechanical means to complete this contract. <br />4. Contractor guarantees a minimum of 50, thirty-second radio spots per quarter <br />per member station within a quarterly calendar of: <br />1st quarter July, August, September <br />2nd quarter October, November, December <br />3rd quarter January, February, March <br />4th quarter April, May, June <br />5. Contractor will provide a report of the radio spots' actual airing schedule by <br />quarter per radio station and time of day. This report will be due to the City for <br />review no later than two weeks after the end of the quarter. <br />6. If, during the contract, a station member or members of the EARS current <br />consortium group (KDUK-AM/FM, KEED-AM, KZEL-FM, KUGN-AM/FM, KLRF- <br />FM, KDBS-AM, KPNW-AM, KODZ-FM, KMGE-FM, KKNU-FM, KKXO-AM, <br />KRVM-FM) no longer chooses to be involved in EARS, Contractor will inform <br />the City of this change and a renegotiation of services will be made to reflect <br />the reduction in service providers. <br />7. Contract may be renegotiated fo~ successive years in the third quarter of the <br />current contraet period. <br />ears.doc 6-7-95 <br />
