. ,> <br />.... .. <br />PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br />Municipal Corporation (City) <br />AND: Eugene Area Radia Stations (EARS) (Contractor) <br />CONTRACT NO.: 95-00330 <br />RECITALS <br />A. Contractor is engaged in the business of Advertising. <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the services described in this agreement and <br />Contractor is willing to pro~ide such services on the terms and conditions set forth herein. <br />C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contract: <br />Exhibit A- City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br />Exhibit B- Scope of Services <br />AGREEMENT <br />Services to be Provided. Contractor agrees to provide to City the following services ("the <br />Work"): <br />The statement of work is contained in the attached Exhibit B. <br />2. Time for Completion. Contractor shall commence the Woric on July 1, 1995, and shall <br />complete the Work prior to June 30, 1996. <br />3. Consideration. The fixed consideration which City shall pay to the Contractor for the work, <br />including any expenses incuRed by Contractor in performing the work, shall be $20,000 <br />payable in quarterly installments of $5,000 for July-August-September 1995, $5,000 for <br />October-Novembe~-December 1995, $5,000 for January-February-March 1996, and $5,000 <br />for April-May-June 1996, upon receipt of billing. <br />4. Termination. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof to the contrary, this contract may <br />be term'inated as follows: <br />4.1 The parties, by mutual written agreement, may terminate this contract at any time. <br />4.2 Either party may terminate this contract in the event of a breach of the contract by the <br />other party. <br />Personal Services Contract-Page 1 <br />(Revised June 1994) <br />
