16. Attorney Fees. In the event of any action to enforce o~ interpret this contract, the prevailing <br />party shall be entitled to recover from the losing party reasonable attorney fees incurred in <br />the proceeding, as set by the cou~t, at trial, on appeal or upon review. <br />17. Integration. This contract embodies the entire agreement of the parties. There are no <br />promises, terms, conditions or obligations other than those contained herein. This contract <br />shall supersede all prior communications, representations or agreements, either oral or <br />written, between the parties. This contract shall not be amended except in writing, signed <br />by both parties. <br />18. Interpretation. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the <br />laws of the State of Oregon. The parties to this contract do not intend to confer on any thi~d <br />party any rights under this contract. <br />19. Jurisdiction and Venue. All actions relating to this contract shall be tried before the courts <br />of the State of O~egon to the exclusion of all other courts which might have jurisdiction apart <br />from this provision. Venue in any action shall lie in the Circuit Court of Lane County, <br />Oregon. <br />20. Effective Date.
