,~ "s <br />Eugene Area Radio Stations (EARS) <br />Statement of Work - E}chibit B <br />Services to be Provided. Contractor agrees to provide the following services to the City: <br />1. Over the life of the contract, Contractor will develop, design, produce, and distribute a <br />radio promotion campaign based on quarterly topics/goals provided by the City to enhance <br />stormwater quality. <br />2. Contractor agrees to meet with City staff as requested to refine and rewrite copy as <br />needed to the City's satisfaction. <br />3. Contractor agrees to provide all resources both in terins of talent and mechanical means <br />to complete this contract. <br />4. Contractor guarantees a minimum of 23, sixty-second radio spots per quarter per member <br />station within a quarterly calendar of: <br />1 st quarter July, August, September <br />2nd quarter October, November, December <br />3rd quarter January, February, March <br />4th quarter April, May, June <br />5. Contractor will provide a report of the radio spots' actual airing schedule by quarter per <br />radio station and time of day. This report will be due to the City for review no later than two <br />weeks after the end of the quarter. <br />6. If, during the contract, a station member or members of the EARS current consortium <br />group (KDUK-AM/FM KZEL-FM, KUGN-AM/FM, KLRF-FM, ~~~~~d~T KF£~A-Yf?~ <br />~'u Q Q A~+~t,~PNW-AM, KODZ-FM, KMGE-FM, KKNU-FM, KKXO-AM, KRVM-FM) no longer chooses <br />to be involved in EARS, Contractor will inform the City of this change and a renegotiation of <br />services will be made to reflect the reduction in service providers. <br />7. Contract may be renegotiated for successive years in the third quarter of the current <br />contract period. ~ <br />
