~; <br />.z_ <br />. ;~. . _. <br />PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br />Municipal Corporation (City) <br />AND: Obie Media Corporation (Contractor) <br />CONTRACT NO.: 96-00327 . <br />RECITALS <br />A. Contractor is engaged in the business of advertising. <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the services described in this agreement and <br />Contractor is willing to provide such services on the terms and conditions set forth herein. <br />C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contract: <br />Exhibit A- City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br />Exhibit B- Scope of Services <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Services to be Provided. Contractor agrees to provide to City the following services ("the <br />Work"): ' <br />The statement of work is contained in the attached Exhibit B. <br />2. Time for Completion. Contractor shall commence the Work on June 30, 1996, and shall <br />complete the Work prior to June 30, 1997. <br />3. Consideration. The fixed consideration which City shall pay to the Contractor for the <br />work, including any expenses.incurred by Contractor in performing the work, shall be <br />$5,187 payable in two installments of $2,500 for July-December, 1996 and $2,687 for <br />January-June, 1997, upon receipt of billing. This includes the base rate of $399 x 13 pay <br />periods. . <br />4. Termination.
