One TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 97-00330 <br />This Amendment is made to the Software Development Contract Contract dated March 10, <br />1997, between the City of Eugene (City) and Cascade Software Systems (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend and extend the contract referenced above as <br />follows: <br />The contract is amended per attached Exhibit A and Exhibit B.
