1 ' ' ~ .~ <br />i + <br />PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br />Municipal Corporation (City) <br />AND: Tim Crowe (Contractor) <br />CONTRACT NO.: 97-00333 <br />RECITALS <br />A. Contractor is engaged in the business of Safer Schools Design. <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the services described in this agreement and <br />Contractor is willing to provide such services on the terms and conditions set forth herein. <br />C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contract: <br />Exhibit A- City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br />Exhibit B- Scope of Services <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Services to be Provided. Contractor agrees to provide to City the following services ("the <br />Work"): <br />The statement of work is contained in the attached Exhibit B. <br />2. Time for Completion. Contractor shall commence and complete the Work on July 14, <br />1997. <br />3. Consideration. The consideration which City shall pay to Contractor for Work performed <br />by Contractor shall be $2,000.00. City's payment shall be made within 30 days after <br />Contractor's statement. Contractor shall be entitled to reimbursement for travel or other <br />related expenses. If Contractor is entitled to reimbursement for any such expenses, they <br />shall be properly documented and submitted in accordance with City requirements. <br />4. Termination. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof to the contrary, this contract <br />may be terminated as follows: <br />4.1 The parties, by mutual written agreement, may terminate this contract at any_time. <br />4.2 Either party may terminate this contract in the event of a breach of the contract by <br />the other party. <br />Personal Services Contract-Page 1 <br />(Revised February 1997) <br />
