~ ~ s <br />.. . <br />EXHIBIT B <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />City wishes to conduct a design charette to consider options which would mitigate the <br />installation of a public path along the riverbank edge of the campus of Marist High School, a <br />private Catholic school with a closed campus atmosphere. <br />The design charette is expected to include the consultant, a private landscape architect, a private <br />engineer, staff and representatives from the City and Marist. <br />The agenda for the design charette shall include the following: <br />• an onsite inspection of the campus, <br />~ a review of proposed path alignment, and <br />• a discussion of suggested design and operational improvements <br />Services <br />Contractor would advise Marist representatives and City staff and elected officials on safety <br />considerations which could help the school to operate without undue impact from the path, help <br />protect its students, and help protect the facilities owned by the school. <br />Standard Contract Provisions--Page 4 <br />(Revised November 1994) <br />
