;~ .~~, .
Attachment A
~ Metropolitan Public Facilities and Services Project
Work Scope Amendments
The following tasks or products are necessary to ensure final adoption of the refinement plan.
Any future changes to this scope will be made only with prior approval by the City of.
Eugene and City of Springfield Public Works Departments, Springfield Utility Board,
EWEB, and Rainbow Water'District. ~
See below for a description of each task and the estimated cost to complete it. Note that these
estimates are difficult because all costs may. increase significantly with a high level of
controversy. These estimates are based on a low level of controversy, as reflected in the number
of ineetings and the extent of revisions. If this is exceeded, additional scope and budget
amendments may be necessary, although every effort will be made to keep the process within the
specified budget and timelines.
Please note that the cost estimates below are based on the following assumption:
The number of public meetings and hearings and time requirements are the minimum
required. There will be no additional charge for Principal Planner to attend additional
night meetings. However, an adjustment to the scope will be needed if these meetings or
the public process result in a significant increase in staff time to prepare materials.
Task/Product
Est.
