Conduct policy analysis and development. <br />Ensure consistency among PFP policies, future facility needs, and policy direction in <br />TransPlan, Eugene Growth Management Policy, Metro Plan Periodic Review projects <br />and the Eugene Land Use Code Update. <br />Subtasks: <br />a. Review existing Metro Plan Public Facilities and Services Element findings and <br />policies in light of new information generated from previous tasks <br />b. Draft changes to the findings and policies of this Element <br />c. Identify impacts on and from the proposed policies on existing policies and plans, <br />including gaps, conflicts and inconsistencies <br />
