~ <br />, <br />° ~. <br />~~: <br />LCOG Contract # 97-08-227-02-1 <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br />AMENDMENT <br />WHEREAS, Lane Council of Governments, an organization of governments within Lane <br />County, Oregon, and City of Eugene, entered into an intergovernmental agreement for <br />updating of the Public Facilities Plan on February 3, 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, the agreement expires June 30, 1998; and <br />WHEREAS, the project was delayed in fiscal year 1997-1998 and will continue through <br />June 30, 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, a new scope of work has been developed and the cost of the update has <br />been recalculated; and <br />WHEREAS, CITY previously paid LCOG $22,500; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the agreement is amended as follows: <br />1. CITY and LCOG agree to extension of the agreement until June 30, 1999. <br />2. The scope of work is revised as shown in the new Attachment A. <br />3. CITY shall pay LCOG $2,500 upon receipt of invoice, for an agreement total not to <br />exceed $25,000. <br />4.
