~ i l %~ ~~- vus~,t <br />~w~ <br />;- <br />~i <br />~~ <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br />AMENDMENT #3 <br />WHEREAS, Lane Council of Governments, an organization of governments within Lane <br />County, Oregon, and City of Eugene entered into an intergovernmental agreement for <br />updating of the Public Facilities Plan on February 3, 1997; and . <br />WHEREAS, the agreement was amended on May 22, 1998 to extend the agreement to <br />June 30; 1999 and increase the compensation to $25,000; and <br />WHEREAS, the agreement was amended on June 4, 1999 to extend the agreement to <br />June 30, 2000 and increase the compensation by $12,475 for an agreement total of <br />$37,475; and <br />WHEREAS, the scope of work has been amended and the cost of this additional work <br />has been estimated per Attachment A. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the agreement is amended as follows: <br />1. CITY and LCOG agree to extension of the agreement until June 30, 2001. <br />2. The scope of work is amended as shown in the new Attachment A. <br />3. CITY shall pay LCOG $12,475 on receipt of invoice upon execution of amendment. :~~.~~ ~ ~ <br />The total agreement shall not exceed $49,950. ~ .:. ~ : ~ .: ~ . <br />4.
