CONTRACT REVIEW, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION <br />This contract is subject to review on Mazch 30, 1998, at which time it will be subject to renewal <br />or expiration. Modifications within the scope of this contract shall be made by mutual consent of <br />ttie parties, by issuance of a written modification, signed and dated by both parties, prior to any <br />changes. Either party, in writing, may terminate the con~act in whole, or in part, at any time <br />before tEie date of expiration.
