INTRODUCTION <br />This is an agreement berween Cascade Pacific Resource Conservation and Development <br />(Cascade Pacific) and John Runyon for McKenzie Watershed Council coordination services <br />beginning October 1, 1997 and ending on September 30, 1998. Mr. Runyon will provide general <br />support for McKenzie Watershed Council activities, inciudin; coordination and administration <br />of council and coordinati~on team activities, fiscal manaeement, and implementation of action <br />ptans. Cascade Pacific will provide conuact management, general fiscal support for muitiple <br />funding sources, and monthly payments for Mr. Runyon's services. <br />II. SCOPE OF WORK <br />The contract period shall be between October 1, 1997 throueh September 30, 1997. Mr. Rvnyon <br />~ shall provide a range of coordination, administration, and fiscal management services in suppon <br />of NlcKenzie Watershed Council Activities over this period. Six local and federal agencies will <br />provide funding for ongoina Council operations to Cascade Pacific Resource Conservation and <br />- Deveiopment according to the following allocation: <br />' City of Eugene $10,000 <br />' ~ Ciry of Springfield 5,000 <br />Eugene Water & Elecvic Board (EWEB) 2Q,000 <br />Springfield Utility Board (SUB) 4,000 <br />USDA Forest Service 3,000 <br />USDI Bureau of Land Mana~ement 3,000 <br />Bonneville Power Admuustration (BPA) 115,000 <br />TOTAL ~160,000 <br />III. ONGOING COUNCIL ADMINISTRATION <br />The on;oins adminisuation category provides for the day-to-day support of the watershed <br />council. It includes both regular activities of the council, such as regular council and <br />subcommittee meetinQs, as well as other ad hoc activities that may come up throu~hout the <br />course of the work proQram. <br />Zasks: <br />• Coordinate and attend monthly meetinas, includes aQenda, materials, mail-out, minutes, <br />and public notice <br />• Assist the esecutive committee in settina the agenda <br />
