. , • ;~°~, ~5,~ #g7-~~334 <br />. ,, . <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br />This agreement entered into by and between CASCADE PACIFIC RESOURCE <br />CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT, hereinafter referred to as CASCADE PACIFIC, <br />arid the CITY OF EUGENE, hereinafter referred to as EUGENE. <br />Whereas EUGENE desires to continue contributing funds to assist the ongoing operations <br />of the McKenzie Watershed Council; and . <br />Whereas, CASCADE PACIFIC. will contract with John. Runyon to provide staff services <br />to the McKenzie Watershed Council through June 30, 1998; <br />`,Nh~reas, both parti~s to this Agreement believe that sucr. a program directly benefits the <br />parties' citizens and customers; ~ <br />Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual Agreement of the parties hereto, thet <br />parties hereby agree as follows: <br />CASCADE PACIFIC; by_contracting with John Runyon, shall perfo7m tasks as part of <br />the integrated watershed program for the McKenzie River, as described in Attachment A. <br />EUGENE will contribute $1~0,000 to fund these tasks for the period September 1, 1997 through <br />June 30, 1998. <br />:Tius Agreement may be terminated upon 30 days notice of termination by either <br />CASCADE PACIFIC or EUGENE.
