C'DE~ ~I,c~~- <br />P2 cvt, - 3 Z-~P <br />PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br />Municipal Corpo~ation <br />DMG/MAXIMUS <br />CON~RACT NO.: 2000-326 <br />RECITALS <br />A. Contractor is engaged in the business of executive recruitment. <br />(City) <br />(Contractor) <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the services described in this agreement and <br />Contractor is willing to provide such services on the terms and conditions set forth herein. <br />C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contract: <br />Exhibit A- City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br />Exhibit B- Scope of Services <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Services to be Provided. Contractor agrees to provide to City the following services ("the <br />Work"): <br />The statement of work is contained in the attached Exhibit B. <br />2. Time for Compietion. Contractor shaH commence the Work on September 90, 1999, and <br />shall complete the Work prior to November 1, 1999. <br />3. Consideration. The fixed consideration which City shall pay to the Contractor for the <br />work shall be $16,000 payable upon completion of the Work. The Contractor will also be <br />reimbursed by City for associated expenses, in an amount not to exceed $5,500. <br />4. Termination. Nofinrithstanding any other provision hereof to the contrary, this contract <br />may be terminated as follows: <br />4.1 The parties, by mutual written agreement, may terminate this contract at any time. <br />4.2 Either party may terminate this contract in the event of a breach of the contract by <br />the other party. <br />Personal Services Contract-Page 1 <br />(Revised December 1997). <br />
