-: <br />. ~r . <br />EX~llblt B <br />City of Eugene - Contract # 2000-326 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The following activities will be undertaken for the Public Works Facilities Management Division <br />Manager recruitment by DMG/MA~~IMUS. <br />- Conduct aggressive candidate seazch, and pursue leads of qualified individuals; <br />- Carefully screen all resumes, including applications of individuals who applied <br />for the position when initially posted by the City; <br />- Interview most qualified candidates; <br />- Conduct thorough reference checks; - - <br />- Prepare report on three to five most qualified candidates and refer these <br />candidates to the City for consideration as they are identified, but~no later than <br />October 15, 1999. <br />- Provide weekly status reports, beginning Sept. 24~' or more often if needed. <br />- Target completion date - offer of employment made by November 1, 1999. <br />FEES AND EXPENSES <br />A fixed consideration of $16,000 sha11 be paid to the Contractor for professional fees. In <br />addition, the City shall pay reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses not to exceed <br />$5,500. <br />
