I know the Mayor has done this dozens of times ; <br /> and needs no coaching. When presenting the awards, make sure to get the recipient to hold the pose for the cameras - <br /> long enough to get a couple of good, smiling photo opportunities. You might shake hands a little longer than normal, or <br /> don't let go of the award until the lightbulbs flash or the shutter clicks. <br /> ;l <br /> We'd also like to get a posed group shot, so don't let me forget to ask you all to do that after the awards are presented. <br /> Thank you.
