_ existing mitigation bank sites. <br /> (3) For each individual mitigation bank site still in its monitoring period, the <br /> .monitoring results for the mitigation bank for the previous 12 - 24 month period. <br /> Monitoring and assessment methodologies for all future reports will be modeled after, <br /> the Eastern Gateway Wetland Restoration Project Annual Report, January 1995. The <br /> report shall include information related to: site design & construction; .monitoring: <br /> vegetation, soils, hydrology, wildlife utilization; maintenance activities performed; and <br /> recommended corrective measures, if any, to design standards, specifications, and <br /> maintenance. protocols. <br /> (4) The three .year capital improvement plan, unless they Program separately submitted <br /> the CIP ~to the MBRT. <br /> Annual joint field inspections by the signatories of this agreement are encouraged. <br /> . Eugene shall schedule an'annual field inspection for the parties: <br /> ' ~ EFFECTIVE ~ DATE AND MODIFICATION <br /> .This Agreement .may be amended only by a written amendment signed by all parties <br /> to the Agreement.. Changes to any of the. policies, standards, criteria,. guidelines or functional <br /> assessment procedures criteria which govern the selection of mitigation or development sites, <br /> or the creation or use of mitigation credits, may be approved by agreement between Eugene <br /> and the Corps and DSL. <br /> This Agreement shall take effect upon execution 'by Eugene, the Corps and DSL.
