AMENDMENT NO. # 1 TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2009-05322 <br />This Amendment is made to the Trade Services Contract dated August 14, 2008 between the City of <br />Eugene (City) and Rexius Forest By-Products (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />This Amendment is to extend the term of the contract to October 31, 2008. A service date will be <br />agreed upon by Contract Manager and Contractor prior to October 31, 2008.
