"Bodily injury" means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, including mental <br />anguish or death resulting from any of these at any time. <br />13. WAIVER OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS OF RECOVERY AGAINST OTHERS <br />We have the right to recover our payments from anyone liable for an injury covered by this policy. We will <br />not enforce our right against any person or organization for whom you perform work under a written <br />contract that requires you to obtain this agreement from us. <br />This agreement shall not operate directly or indirectly to benefit anyone not named in the agreement. <br />14. MEDICAL PAYMENTS <br />If Coverage C Medical Payments is not otherwise excluded, the Medical Expense Limit provided by this <br />policy shall be the greater of: <br />A. $10,000; or <br />B.
