The undersigned Bidder has heretofore completed the following work of a similar nature to that contemplated. <br />- - , JOB LOCATION DATE <br />+%9~7 ~yr~~Pr ~~~~ <br />Thb undersigned Bidder acknowledges that the amount of damages City might suffer by reason of a failure to <br />complete the project by the completion date noted above would be difficult or impossible to compute, and therefore <br />agrees that the stipulated amount of liquidated damages set forth above for such delay is a fair and reasonable measure of <br />damages, and therefore Bidder agrees that it will not contest such sum as being other than a true measure of damages in <br />the event of a failure to complete the project by the stipulated completion date. Bidder hereby declares and agrees: <br />(1) that the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 pertaining to prevailing wage rates shall be <br />complied with; <br />(2) that where asbestos abatement is required the abatement shall be done by Department ofEnvironmen- <br />ta1Quality certified workers and the abatement shall be performed in conformity with DEQ and OSHA <br />regulations and other standards related to work place safety; <br />(3) that Bidder is /is not a Resident Oregon Bidder, as defined by ORS 279A.120.
