INTERGOVERNMENTAL CONTRACT <br />EXCHANGE OF SERVICES <br />BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, a unit of <br />local government of the State of Oregon (City) <br />AND: Bethel School District, a unit of <br />local government of the State of Oregon (Agency) <br />CONTRACT NO.: 2002-00326 <br />EFFECTIVE <br />DATE: September 10, 2001 <br />RECITALS <br />A. ORS 190.010 provides that units of local government may enter into agreements for the <br />performance of any and all functions and activities that any party to the agreement, its officers or <br />agents have the authority to perform. <br />B. It will mutually benefit the parties if they exchange services as described in this contract. <br />C. City and Agency desire to enter into a contract whereby each will provide the services described in <br />this contract on the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the following exhibits: <br />Exhibit - A City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br />Exhibit - B Services to be Performed <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Services to be Provided. City and Agency each agree to provide services to the other as described <br />in Exhibit B. <br />2. Time for Completion. Agency shall commence its performance on September 10, 2001, and shall <br />complete its performance prior to June 30, 2002. <br />3. Termination.
