<br />Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bidder's bond payable to the City of Eugene in an amount equal
<br />to ten percent of the amount bid. Filing of a qualification questionnaire before bidding will not be required. Contingent or con-
<br />ditionalbids will not be considered for acceptance. No bid will be received or considered unless the bid contains a statementby the
<br />bidder that provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. This project is a public works improvement project and is subject to
<br />ORS279C.800 to 279C.870.
<br />Bidders are required to submit afirst-tier subcontractor disclosure form, substantially as described in ORS 279C.370, prior to the
<br />Bid Closing Date and time. For this project the first-tier subcontractor disclosure statement mustbe submitted regardless of the bid
<br />amount.
<br />No bid will be accepted by the City unless it contains a statement by the bidder as a part of the bid that the bidder in carrying out
<br />the contract will comply with all applicable laws.
<br />Work performed by the Contractor's own organization mustbe at least 30 percent of the awarded contract amount.
<br />"Buy America" requirements apply on this project.
<br />ALL PROJECTS HAVE MINIMUM WAGE RATE REQUIREMENTS. FEDERALLY-FUNDED PROJECTS, EXCEPT
<br />LOCAL ROAD AND RURAL MINOR COLLECTOR PROJECTS, ARE SUBJECT TO THE "GENERAL WAGE
