The City has a right of entry agreement from the Assembly of God <br />Church to use only the areas necessary to install the storm water system and to complete any <br />work related for restoration. <br />00180.85(b) Liquidated Damages -Add the following paragraph: <br />The liquidated damages for failure to complete the Work on time are $200.00 per Calendar Day*. <br />* Calendar Day amounts are applicable when the Contract time is expressed on the Calendar <br />Day or fixed date basis. <br />00190.20(f-2) Scale Without Automatic Printer -Add the following sentence after the first <br />paragraph: <br />Pay costs for the weigh witness at $35.00 per hour. <br />Special Provisions -Job #4571 Page 1 <br />
