D. Conditions <br />1. Duties In The Event Of Notice, Claim or Suit <br />The following is added to paragraph 2., Duties In The Event Of Notice, Claim or Suit: <br />An additional insured under this endorsement must comply with all provisions of this section. <br />2. Other Insurance <br />With respect to insurance provided by this endorsement to an additional insured, paragraph 4. of <br />Section IV -- Commercial General Liability Conditions is deleted and replaced by the folowing: <br />4. Other Insurance <br />a. Primary Insurance <br />If required by written contract or written agreement, this insurance is primary and we will not <br />seek contribution from any insurance held by the additional insured for damages we cover. <br />b. Excess Insurance <br />If there is other valid and collectible insurance available to the additional insured, other than <br />insurance held by the additional insured, this insurance is excess over #hat insurance. In the <br />event the additional insured has other coverage for an "occurrence" by virtue of also being an <br />additional insured on other policies, this insurance is excess over those policies. <br />3.
