This warranty is nu11 <br />and void i.n situations where failure occurs due to products not <br />being installed per factory instructions. ~ . <br />Polara reserves the right to repair a malfunctioning product or <br />replace it with a new product. This warranty covers only the repair <br />or replacement of the equipment not any labor associated with the <br />removal of malfunctioning equipment or the installation of <br />new/repaired equipment. <br />
