Contractor is engaged in the business of coordinating public involvement. <br />(City) <br />(Contractor) <br />B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the Services described in this agreement and <br />Contractor is willing to provide such Services on the terms and conditions set forth herein. <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. Incorporation of Exhibits; Definitions; Contractor's Representations and Warranties. <br />1.1 Exhibits. The contract between the parties (the "Contract°) includes and <br />incorporates into this document (this "Agreement") all of the following: <br />1.1.1 Exhibit A summarizes certain federal, state and municipal laws that apply to <br />government contracts. The provisions of Exhibit A are statements of law and <br />may not be modified. <br />1.1.2 Exhibit B is to be used by the parties to set forth special provisions that are <br />not included in the standard forms, or to delete or modify a provision of this <br />~- Agreement or another exhibit. If Exhibit B is signed by the parties, its <br />provisions will take priority over all conflicting provisions, except for the <br />provisions of Exhibit A. <br />1.1.3 -Other Exhibits. This Contract also includes and incorporates the provisions <br />of the following exhibits, if signed or initialed by the parties' respective <br />representatives.
