Agencyl~D~T <br />Agreement No. 24111 <br />structures on I-5 over North Game Farm Road. City understands that construction of <br />the North Game Farm Road project must be coordinated with the I-5 at Beltline <br />Interchange project; and that traffic management plans not interfere with or delay the <br />completion of the I-5 at Beltline Interchange project. City agrees to work closely with <br />State's Area 5 Construction Project Manager to assure coordination of construction <br />activities will not negatively impact the I-5 at Beltline Interchange project. <br />3. The Project shall be conducted as a part of the Federal-Aid Surface Transportation <br />Program STP} under Title 23, United States Code. The total Project cost is <br />estimated at $1,109,000, which is subject to change. STP-Urban funds for this <br />Project shall be limited to $319,000. The Project will be financed with STP-Urban <br />funds at the maximum allowable federal participating amount with Agency providing <br />the match and any non-participating costs, including a!I costs in excess of the <br />available federal funds. Agency shall retain the match for construction and make all <br />payments to the construction contractor at 100 percent. The State will reimburse <br />Agency for the federal portion. The cost between the tots! expenditure and the <br />federal reimbursement will constitute the Agency's match. State's estimated cost for <br />work, done by the State, is $10,000. State's Regional Local Agency Liaison shall <br />send monthly expenditure account SEA} invoices to Agency's Project Manager. <br />Agency understands that State's costs are estimates only and agrees to reimburse <br />State for the actual amount expended. <br />4. Agency shall select consultants, design, advertise, bid, award the construction <br />contract and perform construction contract administration. Agency understands that <br />this Project is a test project and agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions <br />found in Certification Program Agreement No. 24651. <br />5. The federal funding for this Project is contingent upon approval by the federa[ <br />Highway Administration ~FHVIIA}. Any work performed prior to acceptance by FH~111A <br />wil[ be considered nonparticipating and paid for at Agency expense. The Catalog of <br />Federal Domestic Assistance ~CFDA}number for this Project is 20.205. <br />6. State considers Agency asub-recipient of the federal funds under this Agreement. <br />l State and Agency grant each other authority to enter onto the other's right of way for <br />the performance of this Project. <br />8. Agency shall, upon completion of the Project, maintain the roadway at its own <br />expense. <br />9. The term of this Agreement shat[ begin on the date all required signatures are <br />obtained and shall terminate upon completion of the Project and final payment or ten <br />X10}calendar years following the date all required signatures are obtained, whichever <br />is sooner. <br />Key # 15224 2 <br />
