Motorists should anticipate lane changes, <br /> flaggers, equip~net~t in the roadway, and periodic delays, particularly during daytime construction <br /> I~ <br /> hours. <br /> Construcction began last August on the $2.3 million project to widen and improve West <br /> 11`h Avenue from Danebo to Terry. Crews completed the road widening, curbs and sidewalks, <br /> and undergroun'~l utility work last fall. This spring's work includes constructing center medians, <br /> landscaping, an final paving.
