Flaggers will direct traffic around the work zone. <br /> Motorists may ncounter occasional brief delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes. <br /> The rep it work is part of an ongoing City of Eugene program to preserve local streets by <br /> fixing damaged'' areas before the condition of the streets deteriorates to a point where complete <br /> re lacement is ecessary.
