While the repairs are being <br /> made, traffic or~ eastbound and westbound 19`h Avenue will be detoured around the work area. <br /> Access to local driveways will be maintained. The work is anticipated to be completed by <br /> Friday, February 18. <br /> The rep it work is part of an ongoing City of Eugene program to preserve local streets by <br /> fixing damage areas before the condition of the streets deteriorates to a point where complete <br /> replacement is ecessary.
