No new materials <br /> hould be placed in the streets. Residents are responsible for removing leaves and other debris left in <br /> he streets in fro t of their homes or businesses. <br /> Richard ~ucker, manager of the City's leaf recycling program, estimated that Public Works <br /> rews picked up ore than 18,000 cubic yards at least 2,500 dump truck loads of leaves during <br /> <br /> he 10-week coil coon program.
