The regional portion of the estimated costs is a roximatel $30.6 million. The cost of <br /> PP Y <br /> r gional projects is funded primarily from the regional portion of monthly sewer user fees and from regional <br /> astewater system, development charges. Local collection system improvements are estimated to cost $5.8 <br /> illion in Springfield and $12 million in Eugene. The local improvements in Springfield and Eugene are fully <br /> f nded under current local rates. <br /> ~ Comments received at the July open houses will be reviewed by the citizens advisory committee in <br /> ugust.
