Octobex ~-l, 2000
CONTACT: Tim Rhay, Park Operations Supervisor, 682-4800
From Public Information Section, 682-2739
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
FINISHED SHELTER AT HENDRICKS PARK CELEBRATED NOVEMBER 4
The public is invited to enjoy the "new" picnic shelter at Hendricks Park at a celebration
beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 4, at the shelter, located on the east side of the park,
2200 Summit Drive. The celebration will include refreshments, music and presentations on the
history of the shelter.
Work recently was completed on the F.M.
