In the first two fiscal years of the <br /> draft CIP, approximately $34 million is envisioned to be spent on capital projects in five major <br /> categories: airport; building and park facilities, stormwater, transportation, and wastewater. The <br /> draft CIP document includes listings of projects, maps, project cost estimates, and information <br /> about each of the major categories. <br /> Three opportunities will be provided for public input on the draft CIP. A public open <br /> house will be held Wednesday, January 3, from 4 to 7 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room <br /> of the Public Works Building, 858 Pearl Street, to provide an informal opportunity for the public <br /> to ask questions and offer comments to City staff. On Tuesday, January 16, starting at 6:30 <br /> p.m. in the City Council Chamber, 777 Pearl Street, the Eugene Planning Commission will take <br /> oral and written testimony.
