The City in 1999 constructed about a mile of riverbank <br /> i <br /> I <br /> path along th east bank of the river south of the Owosso Bridge to the south boundary of River <br /> Island Estate .Plans to complete the East Bank Trail have been on hold for the past several <br /> months while the City and property owners worked to find an alignment that met the needs of <br /> path users a d property owners. <br /> "This ong awaited stretch completing the River Bank Trails loop promises to be a <br /> unique and agical addition to Eugene's multi-use pathways," said Rich Coolman, a local <br /> i <br /> j pediatrician and Eugene Bicycle Coalition board member.
