The work in Olive <br /> Street is sche uled to be completed by Sunday evening. The construction is not expected to <br /> disrupt Lane T ansit District's normal weekend bus operations at the downtown transit station, <br /> and local acce swill be provided to the businesses on that block of Olive Street. <br /> The st rmwater installation is part of a $34.2 million project to build a new public library <br /> on the south si e of 10th Avenue between Charnelton and Olive streets.
