Crews from Delta Sand & Gravel already have installed raised <br /> bike lanes on ilham Road from Honeywood to Ayres Road, and work is proceeding on <br /> schedule. Th one-week road closure is needed so crews can build and cure the concrete <br /> raised intersection at Gilham and Honeywood. <br /> Mean hile, utilities are working along Ayres Road in preparation for the next phase of <br /> construction, nd excavation work is ongoing on North Delta Highway south of Ayres Road. It <br /> all adds up to'a lot of temporary inconvenience for local residents. While the Gilham- <br /> Honeywood i tersection is closed, area residents can use various neighborhood streets for <br /> access. Mot rists using North Delta Highway and Ayres Road may encounter brief delays as <br /> flaggers direc traffic around lane closures.
