At the same time, High Street between Fifth and Sixth will be restriped to increase on- <br /> street parking y adding diagonal parking spaces on the west side. <br /> Most o the work will occur Wednesday and Thursday nights. Drivers and cyclists <br /> should watch f r traffic revisions and construction activity. <br /> These evisions are being done to accommodate the LTD Breeze shuttle service <br /> scheduled to gin September 4. The changes are also part of the ongoing implementation of <br /> the recommen ation in Eugene's Downtown Vision plan to convert one-way streets to two-way <br /> streets where ossible. <br /> Thew rk will include removing old pavement markings, adding or revising on-street <br /> parking, stripin~ a new center bike lane on Pearl Street, and modifying the traffic signal at Sixth <br /> Avenue and OI k Street.
