The work is scheduled to <br /> begin on Sept tuber 4th, 2001 and is expected to be completed within two working days. <br /> Thew rk zone is expected to disturb the eastern half of the alley. During construction <br /> there will be restricted access in the east/west alley and parking will not be allowed within the <br /> alley construc ion zone. The work will be performed by the City of Eugene's contracting agent, <br /> Eugene Sand Gravel Inc. <br /> Door gers describing the project have been distributed to area residences.
