On Monday and Tuesday, workers are scheduled to construct a thin <br /> asphalt overt on the south half of the southbound lanes of the bridge to correct several <br /> surface probl ms. The company anticipates closing the curb lane Monday night and the inside <br /> lane Tuesday night. Traffic control will go into effect at 7 p.m. both nights, and the lanes will <br /> reopen the fo lowing morning. <br /> The s cond piece of work is repairing the concrete surface at the south end of the <br /> viaduct. Wor is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. Friday, October 26. All southbound traffic will be <br /> detoured ont the Sixth Avenue exit.
