The final draft, including a <br /> number of m ps and a detailed implementation plan, is available online at <br /> I <br /> + www.ci.euge e.or.us/pw/parks, and at the adult reference section at the downtown Eugene <br /> Library, 100 .13th Avenue; Campbell Senior Center, 155 High Street; and Public Works <br /> Maintenanc , 1820 Roosevelt Boulevard <br /> t Aso e of the most comprehensive park planning projects ever undertaken by the City of <br /> ~ Eugene, the Skinner Butte Park Master Plan has been developed through an extensive process <br /> of public inp t, research and planning. A citywide survey, three public workshops, and a series <br /> of public dis lays have generated a wealth of information and feedback. <br /> j The final draft review is the final step in an extensive public process in which more than <br /> 600 commu it members direct) <br /> y y participated.
