Pedestrian access will be <br /> maintained at most times across Broadway at Olive; however, occasionally access will be <br /> blocked du to construction in that immediate area. Charnelton and Willamette streets will <br /> remain ope as alternate routes, although lanes on those street may periodically be closed for <br /> short perio s during daytime construction hours. <br /> ~ Acc ss to all businesses in the area, including those on Olive Street near Broadway, will <br /> i <br /> be maintai ed.
