Th following conditions require trimming: <br /> • Gra; and weeds over '10 inches <br /> • T,•ee and shrubs that block streets, alleys, and sidewalks <br /> • B ac ; erry vines that e~:tend into a public right-of--way or cross property lines <br /> A,y getation that obstructs motorists' visibility <br /> T ~e (:ity equests the coop?ration of property owners in monitoring and maintaining <br /> vege~ ation c both undevelope~~ and developed property. Property owners are notified through <br /> news ~s~p ~r ~ dvertisements and/or by letter. Jf the problem persists, the City may correct tall <br /> grass and w eds on undeveloped property any time befinreen June 15 and September 30 <br /> witho ~t f<irtf r notice.
