The project includes widening Royal to three lanes and adding bike lanes from Terry Street to a proximately 1,000 feet west, installing a traffic signal at Royal and Terry, and putting in sidewalk ,street lights and street trees on the north side of Royal. The improvements are i being mad in conjunction with the Bethel School District's construction of two new schools - Prairie Mo ntain School and Kalapuya High School -near the corner of Terry and Royal.
