They include revised <br /> findings for he proposed TransPlan/Metro Plan and West Eugene Wetlands plan amendments <br /> ~ and a repo on the status of wetland mitigation bank sites in west Eugene. <br /> The Eugene City Council is scheduled to take action on the proposed amendments on <br /> Monday, Ju y 8, at the 8 p.m. City Council meeting. The TransPlan amendments must be <br /> approved b Eugene, Springfield, Lane County, and the Lane Transit District. Eugene and <br /> Lane Coun must approve the West Eugene Wetlands Plan amendments in order to change <br /> that plan. ane County also must approve a change in the Lane County Rural Comprehensive <br /> Plan in ord r for the parkway project to move forward.
