Light refreshments will be provided. <br /> This is the first stage of gathering input from neighbors to develop a master plan for the <br /> park. City P rks and Open Space Planning staff will help neighbors brainstorm a vision for the <br /> park, establ sh goals and priorities and identify key issues and challenges as a plan for the ' <br /> improveme t of the park unfolds. Implementation of the plan would begin summer 2003 when <br /> constructio is scheduled to start. Improvements to the park are made passible through the <br /> parks and pen space bond measure voters approved in November 1998. <br /> Nei hbors who are unable to attend this meeting are welcome to submit comments to <br /> parks plan er John Weber at 682-4908.
