The draft CIP <br /> scheduled fo review and comment on November 19 covers fiscal years 2004 through 2009. <br /> The raft FY2004-2009 CIP details more than $436 million in funded and unfunded <br /> <br /> ~ projects in si categories: airport, parks and open space, public buildings and facilities, <br /> stormwater, ransportation, and wastewater. When approved, the CIP will serve as the starting <br /> place for de loping the City's annual capital budget. The draft CIP proposes approximately <br /> $34 million i funded projects in FY2004 and a similar amount in FY2005. <br /> The t ntative schedule of CIP meetings includes the open house on November 19, a <br /> Eugene Plan ing Commission public hearing December 3, review by the Eugene Budget <br /> Committee i January 2003, and a final public hearing by the Eugene City Council in February <br /> 2003. <br /> The IP is available for review and comment online at www.ci.eugene.or.us. Copies of <br /> the draft CIP are also available for review at the Eugene Public Main Library and branch <br /> libraries, co munity centers, the City Manager's office at City Hall, the Permit & Information <br /> Center in the Atrium Building and the City's Finance Office at 860 West Park, Suite 300.
